  The PortDirector Application allows the configuration and administration of 
  all serial ports connected to a system.  The software also has specific 
  functionality to administer Perle SX, I/O8+, Speed4, Speed4+, PCI-FAST, 
  AT-FAST, PCI_RAS, UltraPort and UltraPort SI cards as well as general 
  functionality to administer all serial ports.

Installation :
--------------
1. Copy the driver image file -
   Copy the zip file to your target NT machine and execute the setup

Known issues in this release :
------------------------------
* AT-FAST cards and its ports are recognized by PortDirector but sometimes 
  losses communication on it's ports

These issues are currently under investigation.
