SYMPTOMS
The
594M PC Utility will not connect using TCP/IP
interactive mode. When the IP address of the
594M is entered, the result is error message
“Error in communications: INIT SOCKET
–1”.
RESOLUTION
Engineering
has recognised the problem and has provided
the following upgrade to resolve this particular
issue.
To
perform this upgrade, perform the following
steps:
Uninstall
the existing utility program and install the
new version provided.
