Affinity PCI and PCI Express cards

The
information in this article applies to:
- Affinity
PCI card installed using Windows XP O/S with
Visilink V5.11 or higher
- Affinity
PCI Express card installed using Windows XP
O/S with Visilink V5.11 or higher
SYMPTOMS
When
using Perle Visilink V5.11 or higher with the
Affinity cards the AS/400 signon screen does
not appear. The user sees the error message
"TW32 An supported version of Windows NT
has been detected"
CAUSE
Perle
Visilink V5.11 or higher runs as a compatible
mode program under Windows XP.
RESOLUTION
Run
the Perle Visilink as a Windows 2000 compatible
program. See readme file for details.
