To perform this upgrade please download 
1) The image file
2) fdup utility
3) The batch file

Run the batch file 494edisk.bat to create a bootable 494E controller image disk on a 3 1/2 " floppy disk.

Please view the installation instruction provided with your 494E controller to perform the upgrade.
