Windows 2000/XP PCI RAS - V90 Modem Update 

This procedure will allow you to get the Modem Audio Device to install correctly.

Open the System Control Panel and then go to the Device Manager.
Delete all of the faulty Modem Audio Devices from the Device Manager.

Update each of the Conexant RC56D2 Serial PnP Modem Device Drivers from the Device Manager.
Double click on the Conexant Modem Device.  Select the driver tab and then update driver.
Follow the Microsoft Wizard prompts selecting Select Driver from List, Do Not Search and Have Disk to
point to the directory with the 480svs.inf file that was downloaded.
When the Modem driver is updated it will create a Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device.
This will need to be repeated for each Modem on the PCI RAS card.
