SX
driver for UnixWare will not install on systems
running UnixWare 2.1.x.

The
information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMS
An
error message is displayed during the building
of the kernel after the installation of the
SX driver on a system running UnixWare 2.1.x.
The error message is:
“slx_
using non-conforming symbol _DDI_7”
and
the kernel is not re-built.
RESOLUTION
Engineering
has recognised the problem and has provided
the following driver upgrade to resolve the
issue. To update the SX driver for UnixWare
please see the installation procedure in the
SX
User Guide
.
