Product Warranty Registration

Perle Systems offers free 60-day phone support from the date of product purchase. This is available to end users who have purchased a new Perle product and have completed this on-line registration form.

NOTE: If you have an Authorization Number from your Maintenance Package do NOT complete this form. Please complete the Maintenance Registration Form.

In addition, to deliver worry free operation and minimize the costs associated with the downtime of mission critical applications, Perle offers a variety of maintenance levels to suit the unique requirements of every user. Availability of Express Replacement, On-Site 8 x 5 and On-Site 7 x 24 maintenance agreements vary by country and or region.
