Step 1: Register your product
Perle offers free 60-day telephone support for new products that have been registered. Complete the Warranty Registration now.
Step 2: Check your email
You will receive email confirmation of your product registration along with a contract number.
Step 3: Contact the Perle Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)
You may telephone PTAC during the following hours of operation. Or, You may also submit your request using the Support Request Form below.
