Perle 2.7.0 PCI-RAS Multimodem Card driver supports Oracle Solaris 11

NASHVILLE, TN—January 17th, 2013—Perle Systems, a global provider of secure device networking solutions, today announced Oracle Solaris 11 support for its PCI-RAS Multimodem Cards. PCI-RAS driver 2.7.0 can be downloaded from Perle’s website.

Perle PCI-RAS modem cards allow users to integrate 4 or 8 modems into a server using PCI or PCI-X bus slots. They provide a simple solution coupled with high performance to deliver multiple voice, fax and data communications over V.92 56K integrated modems. The applications it can serve include Remote Access, Internet access and Fax Serving for Windows, Unix, Linux and Solaris operating systems.
